Apostille (Hague Convention Countries)
Process:
Your document is issued in the original country.
A single Apostille certificate is attached by a competent authority (e.g., Secretary of State in the U.S.).
The document is now legally recognized in all other Hague member countries without further authentication.
Non-Hague (Non-Member Countries)
These countries do not recognize apostilles; instead, they require full legalization.
Process:
Document is authenticated at a local/state level.
Then sent to the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or equivalent).
Finally, legalized at the embassy or consulate of the destination country.
We handle the red tape so you can stay focused on launching and growing.
