AEO Engine publishes to Framer: the Coverpin canary
Talking to Framer the way Framer expects
Framer has become a common stack for fast, design-led marketing sites, and until now the AEO Engine blog pipeline had no supported path for it. This article is the first one the pipeline has published to a Framer site: it was written, assembled, and pushed to this page by AEO Engine itself, with no manual step in the CMS.
The Server API is project-scoped
Where WordPress and Shopify publish one post at a time, Framer's Server API works at the level of the whole project. A project-bound key opens a session, the pipeline resolves the target collection and the field mapping, and the article lands as a collection item. Because going live is a project-wide publish, the adapter refuses to publish while the project holds unrelated unpublished changes that it did not create.
What the adapter guarantees
The write is idempotent by slug: a retried attempt re-reads the collection first, so an article that already landed is verified or updated rather than duplicated. The article is read back and compared against what was intended before the pipeline reports success, and a failure after a brand-new item was written returns that item to draft, so a later unrelated publish cannot ship something half-finished.
Coverpin as the canary
Coverpin is the first client running on the Framer path. This page is the end-to-end proof: one article, published from the pipeline to the live domain, verified at its public URL.
